6:00 - 6:20pm – Camp St. Christopher Welcome (Temple Conference Center - All Sisters to Attend!)

7:45 - 8:45pm –  Welcome & Ice Breaker with Lauren, Laura F, Amanda B, & Wendi M

9:00 - 10:00pm - Beach ball meeting w/ Katie S

Friday, May 16th

7:00 - 7:50am – Spiritual Awakenings Meeting with Kelly M - While the sun rises over the beautiful beachfront, join your sisters for a guided meditation with group reflection

7:15 - 8:15am - Morning Flow Yoga w Tracy S - Start the morning right with breath work, gentle yoga flow, somatic movement, and awesome tunes.

8:00 - 8:45am - Breakfast

9:15am - Group-Count off for step meetings

9:30 - 11:00am - Step 10 Discussion meetings with Lee F, Eleanor H, Mari S, Danielle W, Tracey C, & Grace W

11:30 - 5:30 massages - sign up $70 for 60m

1:00 - 2:30pm - Conscious Contact & Sacred Space w/ Jana B & Caroline I - Learn how to create a sacred space to celebrate, nurture, & honor your connection with Higher Power

1:00 - 2:15pm - Self Compassion in Recovery w/ Amy H - You got sober. Worked the Steps. now life is great. but what if we still feel flawed? Whether it’s your body, something you did, for a choice you made, there is a reason WHYm and that part of you deserves compassion. Come learn about self empathy, self compassion, and self acceptance. Bring a 12&12 book and a journal.

2:30 - 4:00pm - God & Prayer Box Creations with Lauren N & Melissa M - Are you looking for a symbolic & meaningful way to release burdens, surrender challenges, or express gratitude for your higher power? Join us for a creative and heartfelt activity where you’ll design your own personalized God box. Enjoy a hands-on experience that bends creativity with intention. all materials will be provided - just bring your heart and your willingness to create something special!

3:00 - 4:15pm - Kundalini Yoga for Beginners w/ Wendi M - Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga from the Tantric & Vedantic traditions of India. This practice focuses on extensive breath work, repetitive movement, and mudras to help align chakras and lift us to our highest vibration. This workshop will teach the essentials to start a Kundalini practice. Bring a pillow, yoga mat, and a notebook.

3:00 - 4:15pm - Our Brain & Pain w/ Jennifer D - Can we control pain through our brain? Learn what causes pain, how it communicates with our body, and how we can manage our pain tolerance & perception. Whether it is muscular aches or general fatigue, there are steps to take to be at peace with your body. No materials needed for this hands on workshop.

4:15 - 5:15pm - Gentle Vinyasa Flow w/ Karyn B - Treat yourself to an afternoon break with gentle yoga! This session will begin with breath work and a brief meditation, followed by a warm-up and opening postures that will guide you into a gentle Vinyasa flow. Perfect for the beginner and experienced Yogi alike! Bring a mat and a blanket.

7:00 - 7:50am - Grounding Meditation w/ Sara G - Listen to the ocean waves while we wake, ground ourselves, plant our feet, heart, and minds in this day. Bring a mat, blanket, or towel!

7:15 - 8:00am - Sunrise Photo Walk w/ Wendi M - Take a walk through nature and capture the beauty of Seabrook. Bring a camera, or a phone, and start the day exploring the island’s scenic landscape.

8:00 - 8:45am - Breakfast

8:45 - 9:00am - Group Count-off for Step meetings

9:00 - 10:30am - Step 11 Discussion Meetings with Amanda B, Melissa I, Laurie B, Paula B, Jill M, & Jennifer E

10:30 - 12:00pm - Free Time! Enjoy swimming, dolphin watching, walking, or simply relaxing

1:00 - 3:00pm - Soaking up the sun social w/ Kelly H - Join your sisters for an afternoon of fun int he sun! Bring your beach towel, chair, sunscreen, and a bathing suit!

1:00 - 2:15pm - You Can’t Transmit Something You Haven’t Got w/ Jenn S - What if the key to true healing is already within us? Dive into the building blocks of our emotional intelligence, and learn how we can boost our resiliency with coping strategies and tools. Speak to your inner self, and learn how to apply the same love and understanding to our children, spouses, parents, friends, and neighbors. Bring an open heart and a journal to this supportive and nurturing space as we navigate our deeper selves, together!

3:00 - 4:00pm - Decisions, Decisions, Decisions w/ Lauren N - Do you ever feel overwhelmed by your daily demands? Struggle with choosing what to prioritize? Searching for balance in your life? Join Lauren for an insightful and transformational workshop where you’ll discover practical strageies to organize your day, make empowered decisions, and step into your best self. Bring a notebook and a pen - you won’t want to miss this!

4:30 - 5:30 pm - Finding Your Soul Through the Soil w/ Laura F - Learn how to grow patience and creativity through a connection to the earth around us. We’ll discuss the effects of nature on the human body and how much we benefit from the sun and soil. Plants and nature can inspire us, quiet our minds, and help us to find patience in our abundant lives. All sisters that attend will take him a small plant to begin (or add to) their garden.

9:00 - 10:00pm - Sister Drum Circle w/ Karyn B & Wendi M - Join us for our first ever SBTS Drum cycle. Connect with yourself and our community through drumming, other percussion instruments, and maybe even a little dancing! If you have a drum, bring it! If not, we’ll have plenty of instruments to share. No musical experience is necessary!

9:00 - 10:00pm - Candlelight Indoor Discussion Meeting with Katie H - Ideal for those who want to stay indoors!

10:00 - 11:00pm - Silent Auction Wrap Up

Sunday, May 18th

7:00-7:50am - Mindful Movement with Karyn B - Begin the morning with breath work, movement, and restorative poses to help center the mind, body, and spirit before you depart. Bring a mat and a blanket!
